Drill bit for flushing pipe rods

We offer the drill bit to match our other articles, such as the flushing head and flushing pipe rods and the thread adapters, where all parts fit together and have been matched. The drill bit is manufactured as a leaf crown and is delivered by us as a pair of three. These three drill bits can then be welded onto our offered pipe. All parts are delivered as a kit and are intended for self-welding. When all three blades are welded on the tube, the result is a drill diameter of 166 mm. You then have the possibility to easily create your own drill diameter by shortening each of the three blades to the size with a saw or a flex.

The staircase shape of the drill bit blade ensures good drilling function. Furthermore, the centering has a very positive effect when the drill bit is drilled further into the depth and keeps the track well.

The Masterial is not hardened and can be reground at any time. For normal bottoms, a few holes can be drilled before regrinding is necessary.
