Fork terminals have become very popular in recent years and are used in all kinds of industrial sectors and also increasingly in the private sector to create a perfect connection without the need to crimp fork terminals, but rather for bolting, i.e. self-assembly. A fork terminal is designed to pick up one end of a steel cable cleanly and safely, by screwing it with a clamping sleeve and a union nut and then clamping the steel cable securely so that it can no longer be pulled out. The fork on the other side of the fork terminal is used to hang on a flat steel cable with a hole. To do this, only the bolt on the fork terminal has to be pulled out and can then be safely hooked into the hole.
